SAP and OpenText users often struggle with document retrieval due to the complexity of transaction codes and inconsistent navigation across ArchiveLink. This AI-powered assistant interprets user intent and dynamically queries SAP and OpenText to return filtered documents in real time.
Key Features:
Conversational search across ArchiveLink-linked documents Filters by vendor, fiscal year, document type, and more... Seamless integration with SAP and OpenText web UI.
This is the main interface of the app. From here, I can interact with archived SAP documents using natural language, search by vendor, company code, or even year and document type.

It allows accessing transactions from SAP and retrieving attached documents from OpenText through a natural language assistant that enables users to retrieve SAP-linked documents by simply asking questions like:
“Show me vendors for 2023 above 1000”.

I can select a document and instantly preview its metadata and even a generated PDF — simulating what’s stored in ArchiveLink on OpenText.

Beyond searching, I can perform predictive trend analysis to understand spending patterns or vendor activities over time.
The chart shows actual vs forecasted spend, and below you’ll see AI-powered interpretation. For example, we see the trend is increasing — this may indicate recurring PO commitments or cost inflation.

If the search doesn’t find a result, the app intelligently switches to AI fallback using semantic search and GPT to answer your question.
Let's try: "Are there large orders from europe for 2022?"

DocSAP Assistant helps streamline archive access, improve decision-making through trends, and offers AI-first search — connects with SAP + OpenText ecosystems. It's a launchpad for AI-powered document intelligence within SAP and OpenText ecosystems. From effortless retrieval to predictive financial insights, it brings operational clarity with real business impact.
